Custom T-Shirts-Terms & Conditions

ORDER REQUIREMENTS. Minimum order of 36 shirts required. Shirts are 100% cotton crew neck tees available in adult (x-small through xxx-large) and youth (x-small through x-large) sizes. Choose from a wide variety of colors, but limit one color per order. All custom designs, logos and text are screen-printed and subject to approval by Universal Orlando Resort.

SALES TAXES. Local sales tax applies to all orders. [If customer is eligible for tax exemption status, customer is responsible for notifying and providing verification to Universal upon placement of order.]

PAYMENT. Universal accepts most major credit cards as forms of payment. Once payment clears, Universal will provide a sample design for customer approval within five (5) business days of order.

CHANGES. Customer may make two sets of changes to an order prior to production of shirts. Customer agrees to provide changes to Universal as quickly as possible. Customer acknowledges that any delay in approving design will result in a delay in final delivery.

Order fulfillment requires a minimum of ten (10) business days from the time the customer submits final approval of design to Universal.

DELIVERY. Universal ships via FedEx within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as internationally. Shipping charges are based upon the number of items ordered as well as the destination and will be determined when the order is placed. Please note that orders may also be picked up at Universal Orlando Resort.

CANCELLATION BY PURCHASER. Customer may receive full refund only if: a) order is canceled by customer prior to production of shirts; (b) the shirts are materially flawed; (c) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations; (d) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

TRADEMARK USAGE. Customer assumes responsibility for obtaining permissions to use trademarked or copyrighted material that is not the property of Universal Orlando Resort. Customer agrees that it is liable for use of any design, copy or other material printed on the shirts and shall hold Universal Orlando Resort harmless from any claims arising from copyright and/or trademark infringement or other causes of action resulting from the printing of the shirts.

Upon acceptance, this order shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties of any quotation, acknowledgment, delivery receipt, invoice or other form supplied by Universal, and no other term or provision shall be part of this order. The order may not be modified except by agreement of both parties. The agreement resulting from the acceptance of this order shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. The parties hereto expressly waive trial by jury before any court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida.
